【黄河旋风：拟与博志金钻设立合资公司河南乾元芯钻半导体科技有限公司】财联社5月26日电，黄河旋风(600172.SH)公告称，公司拟与苏州博志金钻科技有限责任公司共同出资设立河南乾元芯钻半导体科技有限公司，注册资本1000万元，公司出资510万元，占比51%，博志金钻出资490万元，占比49%。
