财联社6月2日电，据美国媒体6月1日报道，美国商务部长卢特尼克称，尽管特朗普政府关税政策正在面临司法纷争，但是美总统拥有其他可以实施关税的权力；即使关税政策被取消，美政府也会采取其他行动。
