6月3日，厦门国贸控股集团有限公司发布公告，宣布公司董事长及法定代表人发生变动。
根据公告，原厦门国贸控股集团有限公司党委书记、董事长许晓曦同志，因厦门市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会通知，被免去相关职务。同时，郑永达同志被任命为厦门国贸控股集团有限公司董事长、董事，公司法定代表人相应变更为郑永达同志。
