【雷电微力否认与华为和中芯国际合作传闻】财联社6月5日电，近日有传闻称雷电微力与华为合作开发28GHz毫米波射频前端模块，与中芯国际合作开发22nmFDSOI工艺的PDK，并计划在今年进入量产阶段，用于卫星通信和手机芯片。对此，雷电微力在互动平台回应称，公司目前未与上述两家公司进行合作。
