【海航科技：拟与CWT International Limited签署合作框架协议 开展商品贸易领域战略合作】财联社6月6日电，海航科技(600751.SH)公告称，公司拟与CWT International Limited签署《合作框架协议》，在商品贸易领域开展战略合作。公司计划投入的总资金不超过2.5亿元人民币，预计全年可完成业务周转6-8次，累计贸易规模全年不超过15亿元人民币。本次关联交易不构成重大资产重组，尚需提交公司股东会审议。
