【*ST双成：公司与Emerge Bioscience Pte. Ltd.达成《许可及供应协议》补充协议】财联社6月9日电，*ST双成(002693.SZ)公告称，公司与Meitheal Pharmaceuticals, Inc.和Hong Kong King -Friend Industrial Co., Ltd.签署的《许可及供应协议》达成补充协议，合同履约主体由Meitheal变更为Emerge Bioscience Pte. Ltd.，Emerge将承担Meitheal在协议中所承担的所有责任和义务。
