【中银证券：董事长宁敏因工作调动离任】财联社6月23日电，中银证券(601696.SH)公告称，公司董事会近日收到董事长宁敏递交的辞呈，宁敏因工作调动申请辞去公司第二届董事会董事长、董事、战略与发展委员会主任委员、风险控制委员会委员职务，辞任后将不在公司担任任何职务。
