【三星发布其首款3纳米手机芯片Exynos 2500】《科创板日报》24日讯，三星发布智能手机芯片Exynos 2500，该芯片搭载了10核CPU和基于AMD RDNA 3架构的第四代Xclipse 950 GPU。三星首次通过3nm GAA工艺成功实现了该芯片的量产。即将于下个月发布的Galaxy Z Flip 7有望采用该芯片。
