【西典新能：拟设立境外子公司及孙公司并建设泰国生产基地 投资总额不超2亿元】财联社6月24日电，西典新能(603312.SH)公告称，公司拟在中国香港设立子公司“West Deane New Power(HK)Holding Ltd.”、在香港设立全资孙公司“West Deane New Power(HK)International Trading Ltd.”、在新加坡设立孙公司“West Deane New Power(SG)Investment Pte.Ltd.”、在泰国设立孙公司“West Deane New Power(Thailand)Industrial Co.,Ltd.”，并由香港子公司与新加坡孙公司分别出资10%和90%在泰国设立孙公司，最终投资建设泰国生产基地。本次对外投资拟使用自有(自筹)资金不超过2亿人民币，投资款主要用于设立及运营境外公司、购买土地、厂房建设、设备采购、铺底流动资金等相关事项。
