【中达安：实控人将变更为王立 公司股票自6月26日起复牌 】财联社6月25日电，中达安(300635.SZ)公告称，公司与厦门建熙于6月25日签署股份认购协议，公司拟向厦门建熙发行不超过42,040,200股股票，发行后厦门建熙将持有公司23.08%的股份，成为控股股东，公司实际控制人由济南市历城区财政局变更为王立。公司股票自6月26日起复牌。
