【龙芯中科：北工投资减持公司股份致其持股比例降至6.00%】财联社6月27日电，龙芯中科(688047.SH)公告称，公司近日收到北工投资告知函，其通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份1,765,846股，持股比例由6.44%下降至6.00%，触及1%的整数倍。本次权益变动为北工投资履行此前披露的股份减持计划，不触及要约收购，不会使公司实际控制人发生变化，对公司治理结构及持续经营无重大影响。
