【德固特：拟购买浩鲸科技控制权 股票明起停牌】财联社6月29日电，德固特(300950.SZ)公告称，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金方式购买浩鲸科技控制权，并同步募集配套资金。预计构成重大资产重组，不构成重组上市。公司股票自2025年6月30日开市起停牌，预计在不超过10个交易日的时间内披露本次交易方案。
