经济观察网讯 据农民日报报道，6月26日，国家发展改革委举行6月份新闻发布会。目前，全国累计建成高标准农田面积超过10亿亩，耕地灌溉面积发展到10.8亿多亩，显著增强了农业生产的抗旱防涝减灾能力。截至去年底，农作物耕种收综合机械化率超过75%，农业科技进步贡献率超过63%。同时，第三批消费品以旧换新资金将于7月下达。
