【经纬辉开：拟收购参股公司部分股权】财联社7月2日电，经纬辉开(300120.SZ)公告称，公司拟以自有资金收购诺思（天津）微系统有限责任公司5.7642%股权，价格为6917.04万元。同时，公司还拟收购庞慰持有的诺思微6.6806%股权，价格为8016.72万元。交易完成后，公司将直接和间接控制诺思微34.5603%的股权。
