7月10日，比亚迪就昨日宣布的"可实现媲美L4级智能泊车"引发的广泛讨论，作出统一回复：根据国际通用的分级标准，L4级可简单理解为在特定条件下，驾驶员可“脱手脱眼脱脑”，事故责任由车企承担。比亚迪天神之眼的智能泊车辅助功能可以做到“脱手脱眼脱脑”，同时比亚迪承诺：在中国市场，对所有天神之眼车辆用户在智能泊车场景下的安全及损失全面兜底。
