7月11日，汇景控股发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩公告。
公告显示，该年度公司合约销售（包括合资企业的合约销售）下降65%至约人民币1.02亿元，收益减少74.4%至约人民币2.41亿元，毛利约为人民币6260万元，其中物业开发的毛利约为人民币2810万元，该部分毛利率约为14%。
公司亏损净额约为人民币8.01亿元，归属于母公司股东的亏损约为人民币7.99亿元。
