【上海沪工：补缴税款746.4万元】财联社7月21日电，上海沪工(603131.SH)公告称，公司因对利息费用的税会处理差异，需补缴企业所得税608.61万元，滞纳金137.79万元，合计需缴纳746.4万元。目前公司已将上述税费及滞纳金缴纳完毕，不涉及税务行政处罚。预计将减少公司2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润746.4万元。
