【美国医疗集团CHS与Labcorp达成1.95亿美元实验室业务出售协议】财联社7月23日电，美国最大的医疗集团之一CHS（Community Health Systems）公司宣布，其子公司已与综合实验室服务提供商Labcorp达成最终协议，Labcorp将以1.95亿美元现金收购CHS医疗系统在13个州的特定非住院实验室服务资产，包括部分患者服务中心及驻点采血站。CHS表示，该交易需满足常规交割条件及监管审批，预计于2025年第四季度完成。
