【财政部：上半年全国一般公共预算收入超11.5万亿元 同比下降0.3%】财联社7月25日电，财政部国库支付中心副主任唐龙生7月25日在财政部新闻发布会上介绍上半年全国一般公共预算收入115566亿元，同比下降0.3%。其中，全国税收收入92915亿元，下降1.2%；非税收入22651亿元，增长3.7%。
