【道氏技术：拟与芯培森设立合资公司 打造原子级科学计算规模化算力中心】财联社7月25日电，道氏技术(300409.SZ)公告称，公司拟与芯培森共同出资设立广东赫曦原子智算中心有限公司，注册资本5000万元，其中道氏技术出资4000万元，占注册资本的80%。合资公司旨在打造专门开展原子级科学计算的规模化算力中心，为企业数智化转型提供算力支持。
