经济观察网 据国家发改委微信公众号消息，物流运行情况显示，今年上半年，社会物流总费用与GDP的比率降至14%，较一季度和上年同期分别下降0.1个和0.2个百分点，降低全社会物流成本工作取得阶段性成效。
