【“深圳造”测序仪破译基孔肯雅病毒】财联社7月28日电，“深圳造”T1+基因测序仪近日助力疾控系统，对4例基孔肯雅病毒样本进行测序溯源，其测序覆盖度均高于99.9%。据悉，其中2例感染的病毒属于基孔肯雅东中南非型（ECSA分型），另外2例感染的病毒属于基孔肯雅亚洲型（Asian分型）。
