【德福科技：拟收购卢森堡铜箔100%股权并签署《股权购买协议》】财联社7月29日电，德福科技(301511.SZ)公告称，公司与Volta Energy Solutions S.à r.l.于2025年7月29日签署了《股权购买协议》，拟收购Circuit Foil Luxembourg S.a.r.l. 100%股权，标的公司100%企业价值为2.15亿欧元，扣除双方约定的调整项目后，计算得到标的公司100%股权收购价格为1.74亿欧元。此外，公司计划在卢森堡设立全资控股公司德福卢森堡，并将德福科技在《股权购买协议》项下的全部权利义务转让给德福卢森堡。
