【柳药集团：取得兴业银行1.8亿元股票回购贷款承诺函】财联社7月30日电，柳药集团(603368.SH)公告称，公司近日取得兴业银行股份有限公司柳州分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，贷款额度不超过人民币1.80亿元，且不超过本次股票回购资金总额的90%，贷款期限不超过3年，专项用于回购公司股份。该贷款额度不代表公司对回购金额的承诺，具体回购金额及数量以回购期限届满或者回购方案实施完毕时公司的实际回购情况为准。
