【*ST创兴：拟3084.71万元转让喜鼎建设100%股权】财联社8月11日电，*ST创兴(600193.SH)公告称，为盘活资产，补充流动资金，公司拟通过公开挂牌转让的方式，转让所持上海喜鼎建设工程有限公司（简称“喜鼎建设”）100%的股权，转让价格不低于3084.71万元。
