【苏州发布公积金新政：二手房首付比例最低15%】财联社8月12日电，苏州市住房公积金管理中心8月12日发布新政，明确下调住房公积金贷款首付款比例：使用住房公积金贷款购买家庭首套或第二套自住住房的，首付款比例调整为不低于住房总价的15%。
