【加拿大Gildan据悉接近收购美国内衣制造商Hanesbrands】财联社8月12日电，据知情人士称，加拿大吉尔丹运动服公司（Gildan Activewear）接近达成收购美国内衣制造商Hanesbrands的交易。消息人士称，包括债务在内，此项交易对Hanesbrands的估值可能达到约50亿美元。
