【科大讯飞：拟定增募资不超过40亿元】财联社8月21日电，科大讯飞(002230.SZ)公告称，拟向特定对象发行股票的募集资金总额不超过40亿元(含本数)，用于星火教育大模型及典型产品和补充流动资金。
