【SK海力士开始量产321层QLC NAND闪存】财联社8月25日电，SK海力士宣布，已开发出321层2Tb（太比特，Terabit） QLC1 NAND闪存产品，并开始量产。该产品计划于明年上半年正式进入AI数据中心市场。
