【家得宝宣布要约收购GMS的期限延长至9月3日】财联社8月25日电，美国家居建材零售商家得宝公司8月25日宣布，其全资子公司Gold Acquisition Sub已将对GMS收购要约的截止日期延长，该要约原定于2025年8月22日晚到期，以每股110美元的现金价格收购GMS所有普通股，现已延长至2025年9月3日晚。
