【明略科技港股IPO获中国证监会备案】财联社8月29日电，中国证监会国际合作司发布关于Mininglamp Technology（明略科技）境外发行上市备案通知书，公司拟发行不超过8,301,800股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。
