【今年第14号台风“蓝湖”生成 或将今日傍晚在越南登陆】财联社8月30日电，据中央气象台消息，今晨（8月30日）8时前后，南海热带低压加强为今年第14号台风“蓝湖”，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒）。预计，“蓝湖”将以每小时25—30公里的速度向偏西方向移动，趋向越南中部沿海，有可能于今天傍晚前后在上述沿海登陆。
