【和谐汽车涨近13% 获比亚迪入股】财联社9月2日电，截至发稿，和谐汽车(03836.HK)涨12.97%。消息方面，该公司发布公告称，比亚迪(01211.HK)认购公司附属-iCarGroup9.9999%股本，后者主要从事比亚迪品牌新能源汽车的海外销售及售后服务，代价4,000万美元，将用作iCarGroup一般营运资金。
