【西辽河干流年内再次实现全线过流】财联社9月14日电，从水利部了解到，9月13日23时，西辽河汛期全线过流调度取得重要进展，随着干流补水水头与下游既有水面衔接，西辽河干流年内再次实现全线过流，流域生态环境得到有效改善。自2020年起我国接续实施生态补水，使得西辽河干流有水河段逐年延长，今年春季，断流27年之久的西辽河干流首次实现全线过流。
