【算力芯片股拉升 龙芯中科涨超15%】财联社9月16日电，早盘算力芯片概念拉升，龙芯中科涨超15%，中科曙光、海光信息涨超8%，双双创历史新高，东芯股份、景嘉微、寒武纪等跟涨。消息面上，9月15日，龙芯中科在互动平台表示，龙芯首款GPGPU芯片9A1000的研发基本完成，三季度内会交付流片。成功与否需待流片回来后的测试结果。
