【工商银行：公司章程修订获核准 不再设立监事会】财联社9月25日电，工商银行(601398.SH)公告称，公司于2024年度股东年会审议通过《关于审议及撤销监事会相关事项的议案》。近日，公司收到国家金融监督管理总局关于修改公司章程的批复，核准修订后的公司章程。
