【存储芯片概念尾盘拉升 恒烁股份涨超10%】财联社10月15日电，尾盘存储芯片概念拉升，恒烁股份涨超10%，普冉股份、朗科科技、协创数据、同有科技、深科技跟涨。消息面上，10月13日，存储模组大厂威刚董事长陈立白表示，目前存储产业行情“好到让我们头痛”。他指出，此前韩国厂商在放长假，预计近期将宣布新品价格，合约价格或将上涨20%-30%。
