【歌尔股份：终止筹划104亿港元股权收购事项】财联社10月17日电，歌尔股份(002241.SZ)公告称，公司原拟以自有或自筹资金约104亿港元收购Luen Fung Commercial Holdings Limited全资子公司Mega Precision Technology Limited及Channel Well Industrial Limited100%股权，但由于交易双方未能就交易相关的关键条款达成一致意见，公司决定终止筹划本次股权收购事项。此次终止是公司与交易对方协商一致的结果，无需承担赔偿及法律责任，不会对公司经营业绩及财务状况产生不利影响。
