【风电板块震荡拉升 道生天合涨停】财联社10月24日电，早盘风电板块盘中震荡拉升，道生天合涨停，金雷股份涨近10%，日月股份、泰胜风能、大金重工、天顺风能等跟涨。消息面上，在2025北京国际风能大会暨展览会上，《风能北京宣言2.0》正式发布，提出“十五五”期间，中国风电年新增装机容量不低于1.2亿千瓦，其中海上风电年新增装机容量不低于1500万千瓦。
