【株冶集团：董事长、部分董事辞职】财联社11月10日电，株冶集团(600961.SH)公告称，公司董事会收到刘朗明、曹晓扬的书面辞职报告，因工作调整原因，刘朗明辞去董事长、董事等职务，曹晓扬辞去董事职务。此次辞职不会影响公司正常运行，相关辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司董事会提名彭曙光为董事候选人，谭轶中为职工董事。
