【世纪华通：拟回购5亿元-10亿元公司股份并注销】财联社11月12日电，世纪华通(002602.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用自有资金或自筹资金以集中竞价方式回购公司股份，回购价格不超过28.77元/股，回购金额不低于5亿元，不超过10亿元。回购的股份将全部注销并减少公司注册资本。
