【中科电气：拟回购控股子公司中科星城控股股权】财联社12月16日电，中科电气(300035.SZ)公告称，公司拟以现金方式回购深创投新材料基金持有的中科星城控股全部股权，回购金额预计不超过11.83亿元，回购完成后，中科星城控股将由公司控股子公司变更为公司全资子公司。
