【同大股份：第一大股东同大集团拟转让8.48%股份给济南宝鑫】财联社12月22日电，同大股份(300321.SZ)公告称，公司第一大股东同大集团与济南宝鑫签署《股份转让协议》，同大集团拟转让其所持有公司753.42万股股份，占公司总股本的8.48%。转让价格为35.344元/股，交易价款为2.66亿元。转让完成后，同大集团将不再持有公司股份。
