【首创证券：首创集团拟无偿划转9742万公司股份至京投公司】财联社12月24日电，首创证券(601136.SH)公告称，首创集团拟将其持有的首创证券97,423,157股的A股股份无偿划转至京投公司。无偿划转后，首创集团持有首创证券53.20%的A股股份，仍为首创证券控股股东，北京市国资委仍为首创证券实际控制人；京投公司持有首创证券20.87%的A股股份，仍为首创证券第二大股东。
