【华昌达：拟以不超过1000万美元购买墨西哥资产】财联社12月29日电，华昌达(300278.SZ)公告称，公司美国全资子公司Dearborn Holding Company, LLC拟以自有资金不超过1,000.00万美元购买Industrias Metalicas Elfer S. de R.L. de C.V及Gishner INC的部分资产，以落实公司海外业务发展战略，提升本地化服务能力。本次交易不涉及关联交易，不构成重大资产重组，无需提交股东会审议。
