【PCB概念午后异动拉升 胜宏科技涨近10%】财联社1月5日电，午后PCB概念异动拉升，胜宏科技涨近10%，深南电路涨近5%续创历史新高，方邦股份、一博科技、方正科技、沪电股份、生益电子跟涨。消息面上，国金证券研报称，2026年英伟达Rubin部分PCB开始采用M9材料，正在推进的正交背板对M9材料需求较大，谷歌TPU产品也有望采用M9材料，其他ASIC厂商也有望采用M9，未来三年M9材料需求爆发式增长。
