【华夏幸福：预计2025年净利润亏损160亿元-240亿元】财联社1月13日电，华夏幸福(600340.SH)公告称，华夏幸福预计2025年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-240亿元到-160亿元，上年同期为-48.17亿元。业绩亏损主要因房地产结转项目减少、收入下降，债务规模仍较大导致财务费用高企，债务重组推进缓慢使投资收益减少，以及计提大额资产减值损失。
