【康隆达：拟6,636万元出售全资子公司Suay Chin 100%股权】财联社1月14日电，康隆达(603665.SH)公告称，公司及全资子公司金昊新材料共同持有的全资子公司泰安欣昌、胡艳霞与NIANGADOU签订了《股份出售协议》，拟将持有的Suay Chin 100%股权出售给NIANGADOU，交易价格为7,046,670英镑（折合人民币约6,636万元）。其中泰安欣昌持有Suay Chin 51%股权，对应金额约为3,384.36万元；胡艳霞持有Suay Chin 49%股权，对应金额约为3,251.64万元。本次交易完成后，公司将不再持有Suay Chin股权，Suay Chin不再纳入公司合并报表范围。
