【龙芯中科：股东拟合计减持不超3.03%股份】财联社1月15日电，龙芯中科(688047.SH)公告称，股东鼎晖祁贤及其一致行动人鼎晖华蕴因基金存续期限即将届满，计划通过集中竞价和/或大宗交易方式合计减持不超过1,215.15万股，占公司总股本比例不超过3.03%。其中，鼎晖祁贤计划减持不超过699.18万股（占比1.74%），鼎晖华蕴计划减持不超过515.98万股（占比1.29%）。减持期间为2026年1月22日至2026年4月21日。减持股份来源均为IPO前取得的股份。
