【城市传媒：2025年预亏3.5亿元—4.5亿元 同比转亏】财联社1月23日电，城市传媒(600229.SH)公告称，公司预计2025年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润为亏损3.5亿元到4.5亿元，上年同期净利润为8485.5万元。报告期内，商业地产运营普遍承压，资产价格明显下行，公司旗下青岛城市传媒广场为推进管理模式与品牌结构转型升级，调整招商策略导致阶段性空置率上升，本期运营出现较大亏损。
